Instructions for using the wickED forums.

  • Join the forum

Fill out the online registration form to join the forum. It’s free and easy to do.

  • Login to the forum

To Login, type your email and password in the forum Login box.

  • What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password click Forgot password and enter your email address. We will email you a new password.

  • Logout of the forum

To logout, click the Logout link in the forum box.

  • Edit your forum profile

Login to the forum and then click My Profile in the right-hand menu. Here you can edit your user information.

  • Set up the forum email alerts

Login to the forum and then click on the Email alert link at the top of the webpage you want to be updated on.

  • Remove the forum email alerts

Login to the forum and then click on the Remove from email alerts link at the top of the webpage you want to remove from email alerts.

  • Organise the forum email notifications

Login to the forum and then select My notifications from the right-hand settings section in the forum. Here you can edit your email alerts and choose when you would like to receive them (daily, weekly or monthly).

  • Receive notifications about individual forum topics

Open the forum topic and select "Keep me updated" just above the item. Click OK when you are asked "Add to my notifications".

  • Remove forum items from your notifications

Login to the forum and then select My notifications from the right-hand settings section in the forum. Check the box next to the item you want to remove and select "Apply changes" at the bottom of the page.
